Located in the vibrant city of Wooster just one hour from Cleveland, Ohio, The College of Wooster enrolls approximately 2,000 students from 46 states and 77 countries. Wooster is one of the most internationalized campuses, ranking 19th among liberal arts colleges in the country.
Wooster offers an excellent, comprehensive liberal arts and sciences education, culminating in a rigorous senior project, in which each student works one-on-one with their faculty mentor to conceive, organize and complete a significant research project on a topic of the student’s own choosing.
Through this distinctive program, every Wooster student develops abilities valued by employers and graduate schools alike: independent judgment, analytical ability, creativity, project-management and time-management skills, and strong written and oral communication skills.
Every year since 2002 U.S. News & World Report has asked college presidents and deans to name schools with outstanding undergraduate research opportunities and senior capstone programs, only two schools have made both lists every year: Wooster and Princeton.
Wooster seeks to provide each and every student with an education that is both globally engaged and locally grounded, rich in opportunities for collaboration, civic engagement, professional exploration, and leadership. At Wooster, you will connect what you learn in your major and across disciplines with opportunities on campus, in the local community, and around the world to ensure you are exploring both intellectual passions and professional aspirations.

To gain admission to the degree program Bachelor of Music Therapy degree program, a student must pass an entrance audition before a faculty jury of three, to be appointed by the chairperson.
